Ask an LSR administrator to reset it for you. They generate a single-use link from the admin users list and pass it on to you; opening it lets you choose a new password. The link works once and expires an hour after it is made.
Field enumerators sign in with a phone number and 6-digit PIN — an administrator sets a new PIN for you directly, no link needed.
